Fiinafas & Sport BDX The proposed Fiinafas & Sport project is a reintegration project through boxing. It offers a sports and financial coaching program for young girls and women and families in reintegration through sport in the Bordeaux region. For many years, physical and mental prevention have gained a lot of recognition and many initiatives have emerged. We believe that boxing can be a powerful means of emancipating women and promoting equality. It helps to break down social barriers and combat the problems that some women encounter on a daily basis, such as lack of self-confidence, misogyny, feelings of insecurity, lack of accessibility to sport, stress linked to the high mental load, etc. In order to have an impact on an improvement in physical and mental health, participants need to be motivated and mentally available. Mental availability includes financial well-being. For example, many women mothers have difficulty focusing on their own health with the mental burden of buying medication, paying rent or bills, etc. These are all criteria found in the City's Priority Neighborhoods and in particular in the neighborhoods targeted by the Boxing Club Alamele. This project thus offers an engaging solution for physical, mental and financial strengthening, hybrid (digital and in person), personalized and based on behavioral sciences.20 Fiinafas & Sport BDX
